There is something about the anxiety that comes with driving a new car, and then having someone crunch in a bumper in a parking lot. 4 estimates later, Carsmetics not only educated me about the situation with my car, but also made it look new! They got me situated with a rental, kept me informed, and took pride in the outcomes. As a single woman who often feels frustrated by mechanic shops, I never once felt let down by the gentlemen at intake. And with gratitude for the honest person who let me know what had happened (not a note on my windshield, but a conversation) and his willingness to pay for the damage... My car was cleared of the trauma - no insurance involved... THEN Flash forward 4 months later (now) and I am parked in the hospital garage in St. Pete. I come out of my appointment to find my drivers side door with 5 white lines across from someone doing a terrible parking job. Where did I go? Yep - these guys, who took a look, took my keys, and within 20 minutes my barely 9 month old car is shiny again! Spectacular. Because they cared. Because the buff up wasn't a blow over, or a charge up... but a confident "let me see... this isnt as bad as it looks..." And I left happy. On my favorites list!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about the team at Custom Collision in Brandon! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. They took the time to fix my car properly—not just patch it up and send me on my way. 😂 Then, because apparently my car and I weren’t quite finished making memories, I managed to have a little run-in with one of those charming concrete parking stops. 🤦‍♀️😂 They fixed it again without making me feel like I needed to turn in my keys. 😂 Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional, and they never made me feel like a bother. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car—and for patiently handling my parking-lot plot twist! 🚗💥😂 Great people, great service, and a team I would absolutely recommend to anyone! 🙌

Had a great experience using this facility. Jeff goes out of his way to be helpful while presenting information without high pressure. The negative review is truly by someone that does not have a clue how auto body repair is done. Update: I had some more work done on my vehicle because of the excellent job Jeff and his crew did previously, I wanted to get the other scratches taken care of. Another great job done efficiently and expertly! Thank you Jeff!!!👍😁👀 I picked my vehicle up this morning; had some minor scratches and chips repaired. I am admittedly rather fussy. Upon seeing the repair, I went back and I am having the other sides scratches and chips repaired!! 😃 That is how nice the repairs were! Jeff is also very accommodating. I suffer from bouts of vertigo and was unable to pick the vehicle up yesterday. When I phoned him from the hospital, he was understanding and told me not to worry and come in when I was better. Great experience! My car had been backed into with a large dent and paint damage. The quote was very fair and David helped get this taken care of fast and easy. Very happy with the work done. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a little mishap at the carwash (side skirt got caught and the clip broke), so I decided to give Carsmetics a try and see what they could do to fix it. I also had some areas on my car that needed attention and fresh paint. Jeff and his team got me in quickly and I received my car back within 2 days. They fixed the side skirt, refinished the hoodscoop, spoiler lip, a blemish on the moulding, realigned my trunk door and spiffied up the headlamps from sun exposure. I definitely recommend this place and will certainly come back for future work that may need to be done. Thanks guys!!

Carsmetics offers the best customer experience. I dealt with an unfortunate scenario of someone hitting my new car door in a parking lot and leaving. I brought my car to Carsmetics and they fixed it promptly and it was seamless as if it never happened. I just want to reiterate how kind Isaiah and the other staff members are.Not to mention their prices are the most affordable around in Tampa. I appreciate all the hard work and the staffs attention to detail ensuring our experience is the best.

Jeff and the entire team was easy to work with, estimate was online or better than the others I received, the work was flawless, can't tell there was any damage, time was spot on, bill was at estimate price, hopefully I don't have to use them again, but if ever do, I will go back to Carsmetics
