Had a great experience using this facility. Jeff goes out of his way to be helpful while presenting information without high pressure. The negative review is truly by someone that does not have a clue how auto body repair is done. Update: I had some more work done on my vehicle because of the excellent job Jeff and his crew did previously, I wanted to get the other scratches taken care of. Another great job done efficiently and expertly! Thank you Jeff!!!👍😁👀 I picked my vehicle up this morning; had some minor scratches and chips repaired. I am admittedly rather fussy. Upon seeing the repair, I went back and I am having the other sides scratches and chips repaired!! 😃 That is how nice the repairs were! Jeff is also very accommodating. I suffer from bouts of vertigo and was unable to pick the vehicle up yesterday. When I phoned him from the hospital, he was understanding and told me not to worry and come in when I was better. Great experience! My car had been backed into with a large dent and paint damage. The quote was very fair and David helped get this taken care of fast and easy. Very happy with the work done. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a little mishap at the carwash (side skirt got caught and the clip broke), so I decided to give Carsmetics a try and see what they could do to fix it. I also had some areas on my car that needed attention and fresh paint. Jeff and his team got me in quickly and I received my car back within 2 days. They fixed the side skirt, refinished the hoodscoop, spoiler lip, a blemish on the moulding, realigned my trunk door and spiffied up the headlamps from sun exposure. I definitely recommend this place and will certainly come back for future work that may need to be done. Thanks guys!!

Carsmetics offers the best customer experience. I dealt with an unfortunate scenario of someone hitting my new car door in a parking lot and leaving. I brought my car to Carsmetics and they fixed it promptly and it was seamless as if it never happened. I just want to reiterate how kind Isaiah and the other staff members are.Not to mention their prices are the most affordable around in Tampa. I appreciate all the hard work and the staffs attention to detail ensuring our experience is the best.

Jeff and the entire team was easy to work with, estimate was online or better than the others I received, the work was flawless, can't tell there was any damage, time was spot on, bill was at estimate price, hopefully I don't have to use them again, but if ever do, I will go back to Carsmetics
