Automotive estimating experience or Insurance adjustor experience. Mitchell's estimating software experience a plus. Sales Performance driven, Supervising skills, Customer Service Oriented, Results Driven, Develops Budgets, Adheres to Standards, Fosters Teamwork, Handles Pressure, Follow upper management directions

Position Available: Auto Body Paint Technician
Job Purpose:
The paint technician is to refinish vehicles to meet Carsmetics standads of quality. Duties include: Match color for all vehicles, Build and maintain color library, Study and master all Carsmetics matching tools, Prepare damaged / repaired area for painting, Paint parts and vehicle as quickly as possible using Carsmetics standard operating procedures. Must supply own guns. Experience in DuPont Cromax Pro (waterborne paint) a plus.
